Oscar's Reggae Allspice Powder

Allspice powder is made from a berry called pimento and has a earthy and fruity taste with a slight pepper hint to it. Even though it's made from one berry it's called allspice due to the fact it tastes of cloves, cinnamon and nutmeg. Allspice can be used in a variety of ways such as in savoury dishes like chicken, beef or pork and even in sweet dishes like spice cake.
